Groovle.com was sued

The online startup Groovle was sued by Google for what seems to be confusion of domain names from what Google had stated. It appears that Google tried to take over the domain and lost.

The National Arbitration Foundation found that Groovle was not in any violations and was seen as a distinct enough domain that the suit was dismissed.

If you never had tried Groovle service before head on over to www.groovle.com and take a look. They offer Google search with a customized background image of your choice or you can use a premade template. Of course the initial home page is the only thing that is skinned and the rest of the searches will be the regular Google format.

There is also www.webmynd.com which skins the homepage and results as well.
